Several feared dead following a bomb blast which occured in Kano at about 2pm this afternoon.
According to Vanguard newspaper reports, the blast went off in the premises of the Kano School of Health Technology located along Gida Murtala–B UK Road.
Reports further state that Kano Police spokesman, Magaji Magia confirmed the blast which appears to have occurred from a parking lot next to the provost’s office of the School of Hygiene.
Details of the blast remain sketchy at this point but several are feared to be dead as the blast occurred while the school was in session... pictures later.
